On 10 July 2015, Mr. Li Xin, First Secretary (Science and Technology), Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Thailand, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), along with Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni, Director of Countries Partnership Branch (Bilateral and Trilateral), and staff concerned, on the occasion of completing his tenure of the office in Thailand.
