On 13 July 2015, Mr. Vichit Chitvimarn, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), delivered a welcoming speech on an opening ceremony of the Training Course on Grassroots Economic Development following Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, conducted by TICA, Colombo Plan Secretariat (CPS), and Faculty of Economics, Kasetsart University during 13 July - 14 August 2015 at Center for Applied Economics Research (CAER).
