On 21 March 2016, Mrs. Jitkasem Tantasiri, Deputy Director – General of TICA as the representative of the Royal Thai Government attended the Swearing – in ceremony of Peace Corps Volunteers Group 128 and the hand – over of 62 volunteers to the Thai Agencies under the programmes of Teacher Collaboration and Community Service (TCCS) and Youth in Development (YinD).  Mr. W. Patrick Murphy, Chargé d' Affaires Acting on behalf of the US Ambassador to Thailand, administered the oath of service of 62 new Volunteers.  Peace Corps Volunteers programme will generate productive outcomes to the communities and build strong bond of friendship through the spirit of partnership between the Volunteers and the Thai Counterparts and also between the people of the two countries, encouraging people - to - people relations along with education development and promoting quality of life of people and youth in rural areas.  It is also a great opportunity to share and discuss on our development in cooperation of the volunteers.  In this occasion, Mrs. Sasitorn Wongweerachotkit, Director of International Organizations Partnership Branch (Multilateral) and relevant officers also joined this ceremony in Sing Buri Province.
