On 30 June 2016, Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Director-General of TICA, paid a courtesy call on Ms. Aporn Kanvong, the Secretary-General for Higher Education Commission to discuss possibility of cooperation in education, particularly on international scholarships given to Thai & international students & personnel. This occasion was joined by Mrs. Pensri Chaichalermwong, Acting Director of International Development Cooperation Bureau for human resources development Branch I and TICA’s staff concerned at the Office of Higher Education Commission.
