On September 2, 2021. H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephitak, Ambassador of Thailand to Myanmar, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government, handed over supply of medical equipment to Dr. Tin Tun Aung, Deputy of Secretary General, Myanmar Red Cross Society at the Myanmar Red Cross Society Central Warehouse in Yangon. The medical equipment includes Oxygen Concentrators, Portable Ultrasound Machine, Digital Blood Pressure Monitors, Surgical and Examination Gloves, Biohazard Bags and so on.

 

The support of the medical equipment is undertaken by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) through the Disaster Emergency Logistics System for ASEAN (DELSA), which is a satellite warehouse of ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management: AHA Center) in Chai Nat Province. This is as a part of TICA's development cooperation in the areas of Public Health to Myanmar.
