Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, Deputy Director-General of TICA, was also present at the meeting.
Both sides discussed past cooperation as well as potential future collaborations. They also exchanged views on priority sectors for development cooperation which can benefit the Mekong sub–region countries, including agriculture, public health, the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) economy model and sustainable development goals (SDGs) based on the sufficiency economy philosophy (SEP). The Director–General of TICA sought further information from the Foundation related to on-going projects currently being implemented in Cambodia and Vietnam to enhance the collaboration between TICA and Kenan. Both sides agreed to working level discussions, starting with partnership on STEM training for CLMVT as one of the Foundation’s areas of expertise.
