On 16 February 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), co-chaired the 6th Thailand–Israel Development Dialogue with H.E. Mrs. Eynat Shlein, Head of Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV), at TICA. The meeting was also attended by H.E. Dr. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of Israel to Thailand, as well as representatives from both sides.

The meeting adopted the new two-year Thailand–Israel Development Cooperation Work Plan for 2026–2027, which focuses on three priority areas: (1) smart agriculture; (2) science, technology and innovation; and (3) capacity-building. It also acknowledged cooperation in medical diplomacy as part of this year’s commemorative activities marking the 72nd anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Israel.

MASHAV will host the 7th Thailand–Israel Development Dialogue in the first quarter of 2028 in Israel.
