On 18 May 2023, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) joined the evening reception on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the Rockefeller Foundation at Carlton Hotel Sukhumvit. In her remarks, Director-General congratulated the Rockefeller Foundation on its incredible work that improved the well-being of people around the world as well as contributed to public health, food security, clean energy, economic opportunity, and environmental issues in Thailand. She also reaffirmed Thailand’s commitment to work closely with the Rockefeller Foundation to promote better livelihoods of the Thai people and people in the region. In addition to TICA, various Thai and International agencies participated in the event such as Mahidol University, the United Nations and civil society.
