On 4 February 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura , Director-General of Thailand Internation Cooperation Agency (TICA), welcomed Associate Professor Dr. Janya Chanchaichujit, Assistant President for Promoting of Foriegn Affairs, and a delegation from Prince of Songkla University (PSU), to discuss cooperation in human resource development. During the meeting, PSU proposed the provision of scholarships for Master’s and Doctoral degree programmes, as well as short-term training programmes in various fields, particularly epidemiology, with a view to enhancing international cooperation with countries in ASEAN, South Asia, and Africa. The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Director-General, Directors, and officials from Human Resources Development Cooperation Division.
