On 28 March 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General, Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), welcomed H.E. Mrs. Orna Sagiv, Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Kingdom of Thailand, along with Mrs. Dvora Dorsman Yarkoni, First Secretary. The meeting served as an opportunity for the Ambassador to introduce himself and discuss development cooperation between Thailand and Israel. Also, in attendance were Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Director of Development Promotion and Coordination Division, and relevant officers from both sides.

Both sides wished to continue implementing the 2-years Development Cooperation Programme between Thailand-Israel 2023-2024, including 5 sectors: (1) Smart Agriculture (2) Science, Technology and Innovation (3) Capacity Development and (4) SDGs and BCGs (Sustainable Development Goals and Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model).  TICA confirmed its readiness to host the 6th Development Dialogue with the Israeli Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) in 2025 in Thailand.  Both sides also discussed possible assistance in health care services for refugee camps along the Thai-Myanmar border as they are facing budget shortage due to US’s foreign aid pending policy.
