On 6 December 2022, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Development Agency (TICA) met with eight volunteers under Friends from Thailand (FFT) Programme who are currently volunteering in Bhutan. Presentations on work progress and well-being during their first 6 months in Bhutan were made by those volunteers.

On this occasion, the Director-General of TICA also hosted a working dinner to Dasho Ugyen Tshewang, Commissioner of Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) and Mrs. Karla Hershey, UN Resident Coordinator in Bhutan, as well as the eight volunteers to discuss ways forward in supporting current and future Thai volunteers in Bhutan.
