On 7 December 2022, His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Her Majesty Queen Jetsun Pema Wangchuk of Bhutan granted a Royal Audience to Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at Lingkana Palace in Thimphu, Bhutan.

During the Royal Audience, the Director-General of TICA had the honour to report the progress on Thailand-Bhutan development cooperation projects in Bhutan, namely the Development of Ear Nose Throat (ENT) Centre Project at the Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, the Project on Sustainable Community Development Model Based on the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for One Gewog One Product (OGOP) Villages in Bhutan (OGOP Model II) and the Friends from Thailand (FFT) volunteer programme.
