On 20 December 2022, Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Ms. Sora Kwon, Volunteer Program Manager of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the Handover of Korea Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (KOV) Ceremony held at TICA’s Meeting Room 4, Government Complex.

At the ceremony, five KOVs in the field of Korean Language Education were handed over to the Thai counterparts. They are the second batch of KOVs for the year 2022 and will serve for two years at Dhonburi Rajabhat University, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, Maejo University, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Udon Thani Rajabhat University under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.
