On 2 July 2025, The 15th WGHRD Meeting was held at Hua Taphan Meeting Room, Walailak University Hospital. The meeting was chaired by Lt. Sorawud Preededilok from TICA. Mr. Raja Mohd Nizam Raja Kamarulbahrin, Head of the Malaysian delegation from the Ministry of Human Resources of Malaysia, joined alongside national focal points, UNINET representatives, and the Joint Business Council (JBC). Mrs. Purwati Uta Djara, Head of the Indonesian delegation from Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower, and her team participated via video conference.
The session focused on analyzing the results from the previous day's brainstorming, overseeing the progress of the IMT-GT Implementation Blueprint for 2022–2026, and planning the necessary contributions for the upcoming Senior Officials’ Meetings (SOM) within the IMT-GT context.

That evening, TICA, as Chair of the WGHRD, hosted a networking dinner to express appreciation and promote closer connections among participants. Mr. Wittaya Khiewrod, Vice Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat, joined the event as the guest of honor. A captivating cultural performance by students of Walailak University was part of the evening's events, skillfully portraying southern Thai identity and making a lasting impact on participants from both within the country and abroad.
