On 27 September 2025, Mr. Grisada Phakakarn, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division, joined the closing ceremony of the training course Climate Resilience – Smart Land and Water Management Solutions for Sustainable Agriculture and Environment via online. The ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Darunee Chotisthayangkoon, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University, at Khon Kaen University.

The course was held from 15 to 27 September 2025, organized by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) in collaboration with the Colombo Plan Secretariat (CPS) and the Faculty of Agriculture, Khon Kaen University. It aimed to strengthen the capacity of the personnel of the Colombo Plan members —Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, Myanmar, and Brunei—in land and water management to address the climate change resilience and sustainability.
