On 13 March 2026, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Ms. Chun Ji Heh, Country Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the World Friends Korea (WFK) KOICA Volunteer Handover Ceremony held at Jubilee Prestige Hotel.  Besides, the representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), Office of the Vocational Education Commission (OVEC), as well as the representatives from relevant universities and college also attended the event. 

At the ceremony, two (2) WFK volunteers were handed over to Khon Kaen University to serve in Korean Language Education and Rayong Technical College to serve in Digital Media.
