On 21 February 2023, Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Mr. Ryoichi Kawabe, Senior Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the Handover of Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCVs) Ceremony held at Meeting Room 4, TICA, Government Complex.

 

At the ceremony, three JOCVs in the fields of Japanese Language Education, Information Communication Technology, and Mechanical Engineering were handed over to the Thai side. They will serve for two years at academic institutions under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in Trang province namely Wichienmatu School and Princess Chulabhorn Science High School Trang as well as Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology in Bangkok.
