On 7 February 2023, Ms. Chidchanok Malayawong, Director of Human Resources Development Cooperation Division of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and Ms. Sora Kwon, Volunteer Program Manager of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Thailand Office, jointly presided over the Handover of Korea Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (KOV) Ceremony held at Exhibition Hall, TICA, Government Complex.

At the ceremony, 14 KOVs in the field of Korean Language Education were handed over to the Thai counterparts.  They are the third batch of KOVs for the year 2022 and will serve for one year at academic institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and the Office of Vocational Education Commission in various Thai provinces namely Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Lop Buri, Phetchabun, Rayong, and Bangkok.
