During the 22nd Joint Commission (JC) on Bilateral Cooperation between Thailand and Lao PDR, held on 4 November 2021 in Bangkok, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand handed over the Drug Addicts Rehabilitation Center and Trauma and Referral Center under Thai-Lao Development Cooperation Project on the Development of Phonehong Hospital, Vientiane Province by presenting the picture of the center to H.E. Mr. Saleumxay Kommasith, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).  These Centers are the outcomes under the development cooperation project supported by the Royal Thai Government through Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai also offered medical equipment for Children’s Hospital in Vientiane Capital for Preparedness and Response to the Pandemic of COVID-19.

On this occasion, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) also attended the Senior Official Meeting (SOM) and the 22nd Joint Commission on Bilateral Cooperation (JC) during 3-4 November 2021.
