On 24 - 25 December 2024, Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), and H.E. Mrs. Phana Veunida, Deputy Secretary-General, the Cambodian Development Cooperation Board of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDCB/CDC) co-chaired the Mid-term Review Meeting for the Implementation of the 2nd Thailand-Cambodia (2023 - 2025) with the participation of H.E. Ms. Ek-on Khunacharoen, Charge d' Affaires, Royal Thai Embassy in Phnom Penh and representatives of the relevant agencies of Cambodia at the Palace Du Gouvernment, Council for the Development of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Mid-term Review Meeting was agreed at the 16th Consultation on Technical Cooperation between Thailand and Cambodia on 25 April 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand. The objectives of the meeting are to follow up and review the implementation of the 2nd Three-Year Thailand-Cambodia Development Cooperation Programme (2023 - 2025), as well as outline the way forward for the 3rd Three-Year Thailand-Cambodia Development Cooperation Programme (2026 - 2028).

In this occasion, the Thai delegation visited the Cambodian-Thai Skill Development Institute in Poun Phnom in order to witness the Institute’s operation.
