On 10 May 2023, Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of Thailand to Lao PDR paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Phoxay Khaykhamphithoune, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, and handed over the office equipment to the Ministry.

This contribution is one of the acitivties under Three-Year Development Cooperation Programme 2023 - 2025 between Thailand and Lao PDR  in order to enhance the Asia, Pacific and Africa Department (APA)’s capacity building.. Both sides looked forward to seeing the concrete outcomes under such Development Cooperation Programme. On this occasion, Director-General of TICA also discussed with Mr. Viroth Sundara, Director-General of APA on the way forward to accerelate the development cooperation between both countries during the working lunch.
