On 21–22 October 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), attended the 15th Thailand–Singapore Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP) in Singapore. The meeting was co-chaired by the Permanent Secretaries of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and Singapore, with the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of both countries delivering opening remarks at the plenary meeting.

The Director-General of TICA, together with Ms. Jolene Tan, Director-General of Singapore’s Development Partnerships Directorate (DPD), served as Co-Facilitators of Pillar 3, which focused on discussions between relevant Thai and Singaporean government agencies under the theme “Partnership for Human Empowerment and Public Service Development.” Participating agencies included the Ministries of Education, Justice, and Labour, as well as the Office of the Civil Service Commission, among others.

In addition, a bilateral meeting was held between the Director-General of TICA and the Director-General of DPD to discuss Thailand–Singapore technical cooperation. The two sides exchanged views and experiences on scholarship management and joint activities planned for 2026.
