On 11^th February 2026, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) together with  H.E. Yongmin Park, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Thailand jointly presided over the official launching ceremony of the project entitled “Thailand Triangular Cooperation for Carbon Neutrality Capacity Building in Electrical and Electronics Industry in ASEAN.”.  Mrs. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General  of TICA, Dr. Youngsuk Jun, Country Director of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Thailand Office; Mr. Narun Suksaman, Deputy Director-General of the Office of Industrial Economics; Mr. Narat Rujiratt, Director of the Electrical and Electronics Institute; and Dr. Cheol Park, Project Manager also joined the ceremony, More than 100 representatives from Thai authorities concerned, the private and the academic sector attended the event to express their collective support and commitment.  

The project represents a trilateral cooperation aimed at strengthening the capacity of Thai entrepreneurs and ASEAN member states through the transfer of knowledge and technology on carbon footprint management to achieve carbon neutrality and promote sustainable development at last.
