Modalities of Thailand’s Development Cooperation

            1.Bilateral Cooperation from the Thai government to a recipient country according to a 3-year strategy agreed upon by Thailand and the recipient country.

            2.Sub-regional and Regional Cooperation

            TICA administers all human resource development in all sub-regional and regional organization, namely Ayeyawady – Chao Phraya – Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC), Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), Forum for East Asia-Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC.)

            3.Triparty Cooperation is a cooperation among Thailand, partner country and/or international organization for recipient countries or a group of recipient countries, with shared budget responsibility.
